Account Management

3.1 Security Responsibility

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details, password, and security information confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account for any reason, you must notify the jeet bazz support team immediately. Sharing your login details with any third party is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Account Deactivation

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may submit a request through the support team. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance subject to the applicable terms. jeet bazz's own rules will apply to accounts that remain inactive for an extended period.

Deposits and Payments

The following payment methods may be used to add funds to the jeet bazz platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank may be used).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Deposited funds must come from your own legitimate source.
• Deposits using a third party's account or card are prohibited.
• Transactions in any cryptocurrency or foreign currency are not accepted.

jeet bazz reserves the right to hold suspicious transactions until they are verified. Once verification is complete, the transaction will be processed normally.

Withdrawal Policy

The minimum amount for withdrawing funds from your account is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to your own mobile banking number registered on the platform.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Account verification must be complete.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if there is an active bonus or incomplete wagering requirement.
• Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Identity verification may be required for unusually large withdrawal requests.

Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before withdrawal. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

6.2 Other Promotional Offers

jeet bazz regularly provides various promotional offers, each with its own terms and conditions. Each offer has a specific validity period and applicable game categories. It is important to read the specific terms and conditions of each offer carefully before claiming a bonus.

6.3 Bonus Use Restrictions

• Bonuses may not be claimed through multiple accounts.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or IP address are limited.
• Attempting to withdraw without meeting the bonus conditions will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Taking advantage of bonuses outside the applicable terms is prohibited.

7.1 Finality of Results

7.2 Disconnection

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeet bazz platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account cancellation and the associated balance being forfeited:

• Using bots, automated software, or any method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing another person's account or attempting to steal account information.

• Conducting activities with the intent to harass or harm other users.

Limitation of Liability

• Service disruption due to natural disasters, war, or other force majeure events.
• Login details being exposed due to the user's own negligence.
• Failure of third-party software or services.
• Issues with the user's internet connection or device.

In any case, jeet bazz's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the relevant transaction.
